  • I'm just getting started. Do I need an exhibit house?

    Anyone who has a booth at a show can benefit from having experts helping them navigate exhibiting. 


    An expert team will help you avoid fees and put a smart strategy in place from the beginning, saving you dollars down the road. 

  • Can I use you for just a new build?

    Yes! Our service can be turnkey or mix and match. 


    For example, you may have a trade show coordinator on staff who handles your program. But you need a team to craft and create a new display, we can do just that for you.

  • I have a small budget. Now what?

    We work with clients who have all levels of budget for exhibiting. Experiential marketing is an investment to do right but there are a lot of ways to make a budget stretch. We love to strategize with our clients on this. 


    One popular option is to rent a booth rather than purchase. Rental dollars get you more bang for your buck and allow you to refresh you display look more often! 

  • I'm short on time. Can you help?

    We are happy to help with tight timelines. Our years of experience allows us to know what is realistic and what isn't. That allows us to direct our clients to the best options when time is tight. 

  • What do you mean by concierge service?

    Your company is unique. And we approach your experiential marketing with that in mind. We take a comprehensive look at your situation. Then tailor everything we do to be the best fit for you. We customize our recommendations, our strategies, and our work to fit your needs. 

  • Who is on your team?

    Aaron and Niki are your points of contact. We are a husband-wife team that loves working together. Our strengths complement each other and our clients love that they get to know us and trust us as the people who will pick up the phone when they have pressing questions. No huge team of siloed workers here. Just passionate owners who want to do this right! 

  • Do you have a portfolio?

    For the first four years of exhibiteur, we were white label only. Meaning, we did work for other exhibit houses and vendors in the industry. From 10x10 booths on up to 80x370 (yes, that's a real booth size!). Because we did that work under the banner of others in the industry, we can't show that work on our site. 


    We are working on new builds and will be adding them as our client's hit the show floor. We are very excited to step out into working directly with exhibitors. It's very rewarding.

  • Do you only do trade show booths?

    No! We can help with temporary architecture needs like non-permanent office installations, pharmacy or meeting rooms, outdoor signage, museum displays or corporate installations.
